1. General Information & Service Scope

Hotfix Patterns Technology is a professional manufacturer and wholesale supplier specializing in custom hotfix motifs, rhinestone transfers, and garment heat transfer decorations. All products displayed on our website are for wholesale and commercial use only. We provide customized design, production and global shipping services for apparel businesses, fashion brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide. We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue any product, service or website content at any time without prior notice.

2. Order Acceptance & Custom Production

All orders placed on our website are subject to confirmation and verification by our sales team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to incorrect product pricing, out-of-stock materials, custom design disputes, invalid customer information, or violation of relevant trade regulations.

For custom hotfix products, all design drafts, sizes, colors, and layout requirements confirmed by customers shall be regarded as the final production standard. Minor manual and technical deviations in mass production are considered acceptable industry norms. Customers shall bear the responsibility for the authenticity, legality and copyright of all customized design materials provided to us.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All product prices displayed on our website are wholesale prices, excluding taxes, tariffs, shipping fees and insurance fees. We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time according to material cost fluctuations and market changes. The final unit price and total amount of each order shall be subject to the official quotation confirmed by our company.

Customers shall complete payment in accordance with the payment method and cycle agreed by both parties. Failure to pay on time may result in delayed production, suspended order processing or order cancellation. All payment disputes shall be resolved based on official transaction records and order contracts.

4. Production & Lead Time

Our standard production lead time is based on order quantity and custom complexity, which will be clearly informed during order confirmation. Delivery time is subject to production completion and international logistics schedule. We guarantee fast and efficient production arrangements for all valid orders. However, we shall not be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure, logistics suspension, customs inspection, customer delayed confirmation or payment delay.

5. Shipping & International Delivery

We provide worldwide shipping services for all wholesale orders. We will select reliable international logistics channels and complete package reinforcement to ensure safe transportation of hotfix products. All shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees incurred during cross-border transportation shall be borne by the customer.

We are responsible for delivering complete and qualified goods to the designated logistics carrier. Once the package leaves our factory, the risks of loss, damage or delay during transportation shall be undertaken by the logistics company and the customer.

6. Product Quality & After-Sales Policy

All our hotfix motifs and heat transfers are manufactured with high-quality materials and mature craftsmanship, featuring long-lasting sparkle, strong adhesion and excellent wash resistance, capable of maintaining stable performance after multiple washes. We implement strict quality inspection before shipment to ensure all products meet commercial wholesale standards.

Customers must inspect the goods within 7 working days after receiving the package. For verified quality problems caused by our production process, we provide free re-production, replacement or partial refund services. We do not accept returns or refunds for problems caused by improper installation, incorrect ironing temperature, artificial damage, secondary modification or normal wear and tear during use.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All original website content, including product pictures, videos, texts, designs, and technical descriptions, belongs to Hotfix Patterns Technology. No individual or enterprise may copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without written authorization.

For custom designs provided by customers, we only use them for exclusive order production and will not disclose or resell customer private designs to third parties. Customers shall guarantee that their custom designs do not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark or patent rights. We are not responsible for any intellectual property disputes caused by customer-provided materials.

8. Privacy Protection

We strictly protect the personal and commercial information of all registered customers and order clients. All information collected during order placement, communication and transaction will only be used for order processing, production arrangement and after-sales service. We will not sell, rent or disclose customer confidential information to any third parties without explicit customer consent, except as required by law.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, policy changes, international trade restrictions, factory shutdowns, logistics paralysis and other force majeure situations. We will actively communicate with customers to adjust production and delivery schedules once force majeure occurs.

10. Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will take effect immediately after being published on our official website. Continued use of our website and services after revision constitutes your acceptance of the latest terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by international trade conventions and relevant national laws. In case of any dispute arising from order transactions and service cooperation, both parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the legal jurisdiction where our company is located for resolution.
